A proud native of Sneads Ferry, NC, Christi brings nearly three decades of insurance expertise and a true passion for customer service to the agency. She began her career with SFI Group in 1996 as a Customer Service Representative and now serves as an Account Executive. Christi is dedicated to building lasting relationships with clients and helping them find insurance solutions tailored to their needs. Outside the office, Christi and her husband enjoy life with their large blended family of six children. She loves chasing sunsets, relaxing at the beach, and enjoying live music whenever she can.
I wanted to take the time to let you know just how happy we are to have Sharon Rackley as our commercial insurance agent for our businesses. It seems that most of the time you only hear the complaints of our customers and I just felt compelled to write to explain what a wonderful, professional, and ethical employee you have with Sharon. Wow, a breathtaking experience to have an agent who actually cares even if your account isn’t the biggest on the books.
