I have known Scott Wheeler and known of SFI Group for many years as a part time resident and homeowner in North Topsail Beach. Scott and his company have a stellar reputation as a local business that works on a national scale. When I become President of our HOA, I connected with Scott to discuss his business and how we could benefit from utilizing his services. Following Hurricane Florence, I saw firsthand and heard from neighbors how great Scott and his team were in response to the devastation.

Ultimately, St Regis selected SFI Group as our broker of record and have been very pleased with all aspects of the full service agency. Scott made personal visits to speak with our board to fully explain the policies that he was proposing and take our questions. Once in place, he did the same thing at an owners meeting, even staying afterwards to take additional questions.
