Loni is a Commercial Lines Agent from Kingston, TN with 34 years in the insurance business under her belt. She holds the distinguished Certified Insurance Service Representative Elite (CISR Elite) and Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) designations and has been licensed since 1995. Throughout her career, she has held various roles including Administrator; Records Dept; Personal Lines Agent & Team Leader; Commercial Lines Producer; Commercial Lines Agent/Account Rep; Commercial Lines Manager; Director of Operations; Operations Manager; Compliance & Training Manager.

Outside the office, Loni enjoys spending time with her husband, their three daughters, grandchildren, and two dogs. She also loves shopping, relaxing by the beach, and cherishing moments with her family.
