Karen Blanchard serves as a Reception and Information Clerk with SFI Group. Originally from Richmond, Virginia, Karen now calls Surf City home. In her role, she helps support the day-to-day needs of clients and team members while creating a welcoming experience for everyone who connects with the agency.
Outside of the office, Karen enjoys gardening, cooking, and trying new foods. She is also passionate about giving back, having volunteered with Habitat for Humanity to help build homes in her community, and she is an active member of Scotts Hill Baptist Church.
I wanted to take the time to let you know just how happy we are to have Sharon Rackley as our commercial insurance agent for our businesses. It seems that most of the time you only hear the complaints of our customers and I just felt compelled to write to explain what a wonderful, professional, and ethical employee you have with Sharon. Wow, a breathtaking experience to have an agent who actually cares even if your account isn’t the biggest on the books. Sharon gave us personal service an we feel that she went above and beyond her job to help us with new insurance and with the ongoing issues with our prior agent in Wilmington.
